How to sign in to your qqpek account
On your Android phone

On your iOS phone or desktop

Close the qqpek app or browser completely and reopen it. Clear your browser cache if you are using a web browser. Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection. Try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Two-factor authentication on qqpek
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your qqpek account. When 2FA is active, you receive a code via SMS or email each time you sign in from a new device or location. This protects your account even if someone obtains your password.
To enable 2FA, open your qqpek account settings, navigate to "Security," and select "Enable two-factor authentication." Choose SMS or email delivery. Confirm a test code. From that point forward, every login from an unknown device requires a code. You can manage your trusted devices — devices you sign in from regularly are remembered and do not require a code each time.
Your account after you sign in
