How to sign in to your qqpek account

On your Android phone

Open the qqpek APK app. Tap "Sign in" at the bottom of the welcome screen. Enter your email or username and password. If you enabled two-factor authentication, enter the code sent to your phone. Tap "Sign in" and you are logged in. Your account balance and available bets appear instantly.

On your iOS phone or desktop

Open the qqpek website in your browser (Safari on iOS, Chrome on desktop). Tap or click "Member login" in the top menu. Enter your credentials and tap "Sign in". Your session is saved — you remain signed in on that device until you manually sign out or disable the "Remember me" option.

Forgot your password

Tap "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address. We send a password reset link within minutes. Follow the link to set a new password. Your account remains accessible during this process.

Account locked or temporarily suspended

If you enter your password incorrectly more than five times in one hour, your account is temporarily locked for security. Wait one hour and try again. If your account remains locked, contact our support team via the help link in the footer.

Incorrect email or username

Double-check that you are using the same email address you registered with. If you registered with a username, you can sign in with either the username or your email. If you cannot remember which email you used, contact support.

Browser or app not responding

Close the qqpek app or browser completely and reopen it. Clear your browser cache if you are using a web browser. Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection. Try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

Two-factor authentication on qqpek

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your qqpek account. When 2FA is active, you receive a code via SMS or email each time you sign in from a new device or location. This protects your account even if someone obtains your password.

To enable 2FA, open your qqpek account settings, navigate to "Security," and select "Enable two-factor authentication." Choose SMS or email delivery. Confirm a test code. From that point forward, every login from an unknown device requires a code. You can manage your trusted devices — devices you sign in from regularly are remembered and do not require a code each time.

Your account after you sign in

Once you sign in to qqpek, you see your dashboard. This displays your current balance, recent deposits and withdrawals, open bets, and available games.
